Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026. This policy describes how Carrie & Co. Marketing LLC, a New York limited liability company, handles information in the current product.
What we collect
Account/profile details; Brand Profile; property facts; uploaded photos, video and audio; drafts, approvals and feedback; voice clips sent for transcription; and basic device, route and error details you explicitly send with a problem report.
How it is used
To provide your private workspace, generate and improve requested marketing, build downloads, protect the service, meter usage and respond to support requests.
AI and providers
Requested text, images or audio may be processed by Lovable AI model providers to perform the feature you selected. AI can make mistakes. We do not use AI to publish, send or approve on your behalf.
Storage and access
Workspace media is stored privately and accessed with time-limited links. Accounts are separated by access rules. Brokerage administrators can see seat and aggregate usage information, not private drafts, recordings, media or Elliana conversations.
Deletion and export
You can download data we control and submit a confirmed deletion request in Account & Data. Deletion is reviewed to avoid accidental loss.
Cookies and analytics
The app uses essential sign-in/session storage and operational error information. With your consent, a Meta advertising pixel may load to measure ad visits; you can decline or change this choice.
Your choices
You choose what to upload, what AI sees, whether to attach a screenshot to a report, and what to approve or download.
