Effective September 29, 2026. These terms are between you and Carrie & Co. Marketing LLC, a New York limited liability company.
Your responsibility
You must have rights to uploaded media, music, testimonials and property information. You are responsible for factual accuracy, required disclosures, brokerage rules and final approval.
AI-assisted work
Generated content is a draft. Review it before use. Elliana's checks are decision support, not legal, fair-housing, MLS or brokerage advice.
Prohibited use
Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate others, discriminate, fabricate credentials or property facts, or use the service to mislead buyers, sellers or recipients.
Publishing
Social publishing and Gmail delivery are not currently connected. No post or email is represented as sent by the service.
Trial and billing
The introductory offer is a one-time $3.00 charge for 72 hours of access, available once per account. Before paying you choose a monthly plan (Starter $9.95, Growth $24.95, Professional $49.95 or Luxury $99.95; existing members on a retired plan keep their current price), and you agree that it renews automatically when the 72 hours end and every month after that until you cancel. Applicable sales tax is added and shown at checkout. The exact charge date and time is shown before payment and on your Billing page. Cancel anytime in Account & Billing; access continues through the end of the paid period, and partial periods are not refunded unless required by law. Upgrades take effect immediately and the prorated difference is charged; downgrades take effect at the next renewal with no credit. A deletion request stops renewal at the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, we retry automatically and access may end if payment is not completed.
Availability
Browser-based rendering depends on the device and supported media formats. We do not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, uninterrupted service or that every output suits every channel.
Existing beta members
Founding Beta access granted before the paid launch keeps its original terms. Work is preserved after access ends.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
